We can offer impartial advice on potential development or alterations to the property. A qualified Architect can attend the property and discuss your requirements and offer advice on whether we believe what you want is achievable within your given budget.

Please note LM Associates house buyer consultation is not a substitute for a structural survey, we will only offer advice on extending, converting or altering the property.

Our typical House Buyer Consultation will include a review of the planning history of the property, an on site meeting to discuss your requirements and provide advice on the next steps should you decide to move ahead with the purchase. LM Associates may charge a small fee in accordance with the RIBA fee schedule, however should you complete the purchase of the property and appoint us as your Architect we will credit the fee against your fee account.
